Motivate Social from your inner self improvement

Every day, we are posed with various challenges in respect of the duties we need to perform to achieve certain tasks. To achieve those tasks, we have to break the ultimate goal into smaller parts. This is reduced to the daily – TO DO List.
Certain tasks are very easy for us to perform whereas some may be very challenging. These can be further divided into a) Important & preferred b) Important but not preferred. The real challenge is at Part b), where we need to apply some mental effort in overcoming our own mental unwillingness. In order to perform that our subconscious mind creates a defensive strategy for justifying : “Why Not To Do List”.
Exactly here we need to change the programming. We need to program ourselves with good thoughts , good experiences about ourselves. We should keep reminding our subconscious that – “ If my business has incurred a loss does not mean that I AM NO GOOD “ “ My love affair has not come through does not mean that I AM NO GOOD”. Like wise we should not try to unnecessarily curse ourselves for every effect.
Rather , every morning , just close your eyes , go to a quiet place , early morning say 5-30 or 6 AM . Close your eyes. Start breathing slowly , deep. No Jerks. See the path of the breath. Observe from where it comes & ends. After a couple of times you do this , here is the next step :-
Thoughts are bound to come. Imagine the best possibilities in your mind. Whether it’s Relationship , Business , Charity venture , Health , any any thing. Be very open minded. Believe everything is Okay. Go to the best extent possible. Do this for approximately 15-20 minutes. Don’t set Alarm. Please. Your mind tells you correctly when to get up. After getting up, don’t be in any hurry. Be very slow. Very lazy to get up, walk.
You shall observe that you are already on top of the world!
