I think this is one of the most common questions that are asked on this earth. What is my purpose and meaning? You have a purpose and meaning for your life is greater than you can ever imagine. So how exactly do you find out what your meaning is? Here are 3 tips to help you discover what your meaning is.
1. Find your passion.
I am often amazed at how many people want to find their meaning and purpose in life but make it so much more complicated than it needs to be. You see, I don’t believe that your purpose in life is one that you hate. You have passions and things that you absolutely love to do in your life. If you find your passion then you will enjoy what you do. You will be compelled to do it all the time and it won’t feel like its work. If you find your passion you will find your purpose.
2. Get moving.
One of the worst things you can do when trying to discover your purpose and meaning is to sit around until you find it. Almost everyone that you ask that believes they are living their purpose will tell you that they way they discovered it is when they were in the midst of doing something they loved. They didn’t sit around waiting for it to hit them upside the head. Meaning and purpose finds those that are doing something to find it, not to those who are sitting around wondering what it is.
3. Hire a life coach.
Life coaching is becoming a very big thing now and the reasons are very simple. Life coaching will help you and guide you along your way of finding your meaning in life. It’s like trying to become an Olympic gold medallist. Imagine if you were trying to win the gold but had no coach. Coaching helps you strengthen your strengths and correct your weaknesses. Coaching also helps you focus your efforts and gives you different perspectives to help you find your meaning and purpose.
