The innumerable recorded cases of past life experiences are proof of the concept of life after death. In all the recorded cases of rebirth, it was found that there was a variable time lag between the death of the person and his next birth on Earth. So, where does the person go after death till his rebirth on Earth? Is it a single place or are there a variety of places? If so, what are the factors that decide where a particular person will go after death?
In this article, we present the answers to these questions obtained through spiritual research done by seekers of the Spiritual Science Research Foundation with highly developed sixth sense (ESP).
What happens after death?
When a person dies the physical body ceases to exist but rest of his existence or consciousness continues which is known as the subtle body. It comprises of the mental, causal (intellect) and supracausal body (super ego). This body then goes to one of the 13 planes of existence other than the Earth plane.
Subtle planes of existence
There are 14 main planes of existence in the Universe. Seven of them are positive planes and seven are negative planes.
The seven positive planes are Heaven and Higher Regions of Heaven. They are occupied by living persons and subtle bodies doing righteous deeds and who are engaged in doing spiritual practice towards God-Realisation as the ultimate in spiritual growth.
The other seven are negative planes commonly known as Hell. They are occupied by the subtle bodies that have done unrighteous deeds and are engaged in spiritual practice according to the negative path to attain supernatural powers. This spiritual power is primarily used to enhance one’s control over others or for negative purposes.
The Earth region is the first plane in the hierarchy of the positive planes.
Importance of subtle components in us
Each one of us is made up of three subtle basic components. These components are spiritual in nature and cannot be seen but they define our personalities. They are:
Sattva: Purity and knowledge
Raja: Action and passion
Tama: Ignorance and inertia
In an average person in the current era, the basic subtle tama component is as high as 50%.
The ‘weight’ of the subtle body is primarily a function of the amount of the subtle basic tama component in our being.
Attributes affecting our destination after death
The more we are filled with the raja and tama components the more we display the following characteristics which add to our ‘weight’ and impact which region we go to after death:
More attachment to worldly things and selfishness
More unfulfilled desires
Feelings of revenge
Higher amount of sins
Higher amount of personality defects such as anger, greed, fear, etc.
A higher amount of ego: By ego we mean how much a person identifies himself with his individuality in the form of his body, mind and intellect as opposed to the soul within
Resulting in lower spiritual level
Conclusion
The above facts give us a fair idea of the possible after-death consequences of how we live our lives. Only with spiritual practice or with extreme merits can one go to the higher planes of existence and avoid unhappiness and punishment enjoying higher levels of happiness. Once we go to the lower regions such as the Nether region or Hell, we stay there and experience severe unhappiness for centuries until we completely pay for our sins by suffering the intense punishments and get a chance to be reborn on Earth.
To do consistent spiritual practice on the Earth plane according to the 5 basic laws of spiritual practice is a guaranteed way of advancing to higher realms of existence after physical death.

You are the only person in the whole world that holds the Perfect Answers for you. They’re not to be found in a book, video, or seminar. It’s not in the church or school; it’s not even in your head! So, where do you go to find these Perfect Answers? This article will help get you pointed in the right direction.
We have become a society of listeners and followers. We buy all the new self-help books; spend our time and money in every different emotional and mental healing modality imaginable. In the meantime, what is happening to our lives? The quick fixes of a new self help technique, or a new way to meditate are wonderful; I’m certainly not knocking any of it. But would we still be pursuing it so avidly if we all ready knew the answers?
There is only one place you will find the Perfect Answers for you. These are the answers to having the happiness and fulfillment in life you are so busy searching for. They are, of course, the last place you would look for them.
Before you start on your journey of finding the Perfect Answers, make sure that you really do want to find them! Some people would like the answers, but are afraid of them, or don’t believe they deserve them. Well, you do deserve all of the answers for you, and they can be scary at times. Never fear and doubt stop you in your pursuit of being the happy fulfilled person you are entitled to be.
Have you decided you want to take the journey? There is something inside you that you will be traveling towards. It’s a voice, a feeling, a “knowing”. We used to be able to hear that part of us clearly before society, in way of our parents and caretakers, stepped in. We were very clear about our needs, we needed love, food, and shelter. Our Life’s Passion was clear from birth, let us learn, explore, and discover this world we ended up inhabiting.
When we were unable to have our needs met, or our passions fulfilled, we loudly voiced our opinions over it. As many parents know, it doesn’t matter where we were, or what was going on, we were passionate about living our life the way we felt from the inside that we wanted to live it. Anyone standing in our way was sure to get an earful of screaming from us until we either gave up or got our way.
Times change and unfortunately most of us gave up. We have become like sheep waiting for everyone else to tell us what our Life’s Passion should be, what our very own answers to our own personal life is. If we can get back to listening to ourselves, from that other part, not our brain, that is where Our Perfect Answers are.
Meditating is one way of clearing your mind and attempting to open up to your inner knowingness again. That is a wonderful thing, but sometimes we get too caught up in the meditation and forget about the end purposes for it. So while meditation is a beautiful art, I’m not going to suggest it just yet.
Instead, I’m going to tell you to forget everything you have ever learned about life. Of course you should remember safety rules and laws that you need to follow. Forget who you are supposed to be, what you should be. That’s right – forget it! Start looking around now, with your inner self this time and not your mind.
Don’t ask anybody what it is that you should be or do. Just learn to be alive again, with all of your senses. Use your entire body to experience your world. Tell your brain to take a hike too. This is about other parts of you now.
When you are good and aware of what’s going on around you and outside of yourself right now, start to ask your inner part of you some questions. What is your life like compared to what you would like it to be like? What makes you smile, where is your passion? What are the little every day blessings that you haven’t noticed lately? Let your inside part of you that’s not your head, tell you the answers from now on.
The closer relationship you develop with that inner part of you, the more you will once again start knowing the Perfect Answers for your own happiness and fulfillment. You might need to make some life changes to satisfy those Perfect Answers for you, but you will know what you need to do when you can hear yourself clearly again.
Your journey will lead you to discover that the Perfect Answers are exactly where you left them in the first place! If you need more help remembering how to listen to your inner self, or would like some other tips for reconnecting to your deeper self, please email me.

There are babies everywhere in my life. Number of pregnant friends: 3. Number of friends who have given birth this year: 3. Number of babies born to friends to date: 14. Number of friends on baby-making duty: at least 3 that I know of. Conception and birth is a complex and miraculous phenomenon. The fact that so many are born healthy is astounding almost beyond belief.
Not all births have this happy-ending. Sometimes things go wrong, like it did for my friends just a few weeks ago. Their baby was born with a serious heart defect. She passed away peacefully a few short hours after her delivery.
No one understands really how one child is born healthy and another dies crippled by the vicissitudes of nature.
What lesson or gift can we find in the death of a baby? There seems no rhyme or reason for it, such is the depth of grief and incomprehension with the death of a newborn child.
And yet we see something miraculous and precious in grief. This little bundle of cells, misshapen and unviable, is loved so deeply and so profoundly by its parents that they know she is perfect in every way, even if her body does not comply with the laws of physics and biology.
This is the gift we find in grief: the parents’ love of a little thing that will never speak, never see, and lived only a few hours. Their love is profound, eternal, without judgement, and filled with a faith and gratitude that inspires and transcends.
Even in the deep grief that they feel, they are so grateful for sharing the experience of their daughter’s brief life. It revealed to them personally the miracle of life: this energy is a strong pulse that vibrates through all physical beings. It creates physical form as a temporary holding place for the spirit. As the spirit is eternal, it matters not the brevity of the physical experience, only that it was profound.
This little child passed but briefly through physical form but she opened up the hearts and minds of those she touched to the great giant ocean of abundance and love of which this universe is made. Those who know of her passing have opened their hearts to the miracles in their own lives. She opened the tap of love and gratitude to those who heard her heart-wrenching story.
Though her breaths were few on this planet, that child felt deep love from her parents, and her parents were filled to bursting with love and pride in the little life they helped bring in to the world. It is an exquisite and pure emotion of the highest vibration.
We all have this kind of love within us. We can feel it any time – we do not need a birth or a death to remind us of the precious miracle of life and good fortune we have to experience its wonders. It is only that sometimes we shut ourselves off from the source of this love. Our petty fears, doubts, and worries creep over us. As we shrink with these lowly feelings, we imagine ourselves isolated and small. We weep and lament and pinch off the flow of love and life. We forget that we are all connected – plants, trees, animals, bugs, humans, stars – we are all part and parcel of the same wonderful universe. We need only open our hearts to it, like we did when a little girl died.
So for this I am grateful – the life and death of a little girl and the love she showed us all in her brief visit to our precious planet.

Time management is the most important asset one can have these days, with the collapse of traditional values any person can find himself running a few, parallel different lives all at once. I am sure you are not a stranger to this situation, you have too much you need to do, you do not have the time, and you see all your leisure time fade away as you calculate how will you manage to do all these things you must.
Not only do most people know this situation, most people know something about time management, but fail to understand it correctly and most importantly, fail to comprehend the basic concepts of time management and implement them in their very busy lives.
Time management is not about doing too many things in less time but doing right things at right time in right way. How you manage your time is part of your personal agenda. However, there are a few generic steps that help you manage your time in a better way, more so in case of executives and ever-occupied corporate.
It take the average adult about 5 years until he or she understands that they had enough of stress and trouble over not getting the work done on time, the laundry on time and all those family activities they have been wishing to do for so long – ever. Time management is the answer to most of these problems and almost anyone can find a way to have a little more time to do more things and enjoy life a whole lot more.
The first step towards effective time management, and a regular time management routine is to set clear goals and targets, keeping your mind on the target and goal will assist you in getting where you want . Goal setting makes you more focused and sets a direction for how the tasks should proceed. The goals should be clear, concise, unambiguous. Try and evaluate, realistically, how much time you got and what you want to achieve and than set a plan of getting it.
This planning will allow you to “see” time and plan how to use it, you will know how much time you want to allocate to any task and you will also have the ability to keep an eye on your advancement as you go along, taking more time if needed or delaying the goal when realizing it will take more time.
Prioritizing is the most important thing in time management, you need to understand how to create an importance level and assign it to all the things in your life, your time management will be as successful and as clear as the priority you set in your life. Important point to be remembered here is that prioritizing does not mean doing only what is important and leaving out on rest, rather it is doing what is important first and then proceeding with the rest.
Scheduling and Routine Setting: Scheduling binds your prioritized tasks and goals in a time frame such that you get a productive outcome of your available time. A carefully made schedule motivates you to complete your tasks on time and cuts down on the time bandits by limiting the amount of time you spend on a particular task.
These steps outline the basics of effective time management.
