Motivate Social from your inner self improvement

When it comes right down to it where ever you go is where you are, whatever you end up doing, that’s what you are doing, whatever you are thinking right now, that’s what’s on your mind, what has happened to you, has already happened.
The important part is how are you going to handle it?
In other words “NOW WHAT”. Like it or not this is all we have to work with.
At every moment of the day, we find ourselves at the crossroads of here and now. The reason we can often feel lost is because we momentarily lose touch with ourselves and with the full extent of our possibilities. We fall into a robot like way of seeing, thinking and doing. In those moments, we are breaking the contact with our deepest inner self.
What we need to do is wake up to the way we do things. Waking up goes hand in hand, with what we might call “wisdom or spiritual enlightenment” which helps us to see more deeply into the cause and effect, the interconnectedness of things.
By seeing and understanding your inner self and trying to change your life for the better does not mean you are weird or becoming a religious zombie. It is simply being you and knowing something about yourself.
It helps to see the path we call life with its direction and meaning. You can easily remain on a slippery slope right into your grave if you do not do something about it.
We may never quite touch the fullness of our possibilities. Instead we lock ourselves into a personal fiction that we already know who we are, that we know where we are and where we are going, that we know what is happening, all the while remaining enshrouded in thoughts, fantasies and impulses about the past and the future. About what we want and like, what we fear and do not like. These thoughts spin out continuously, under veiling our direction and the very ground we standing on.
If what happens now does influence what happens next, then does it not make sense to look around from time to time, so you are more in touch with what is happening around now? You can then take your inner and outer bearings and perceive with clarity the path that you are actually on, the direction in which you are going.
You need to look inside yourself, only you can decide if you are happy and fulfilled and I mean “really happy and fulfilled” with the path you are on. If you are unsure then the chances are you wish to change something in your life. This could be a physical or mental change. By physical I mean you may wish to me healthier and would like to take up more exercise. You may wish to travel the world. By a mental change I mean a greater understanding of something that interests you, to educate your mind.
For example you may wish to travel more, see parts of the world that offer great wonders or different cultures. Unfortunately you do not earn enough money to do this.
If you were to educate yourself in your line of work, gain qualifications and advance your career path. You would then earn more money, which in turn would allow you to travel.
You see the choice is yours. You decide which path you wish to take.
The majority of people do not fore fill there full potential. They lack confidence and effort but most of all they do not believe in there own ability to change their life for the better.
Change your mindset. Believe in yourself and you will gain confidence. Put in the effort and you will reap the rewards both mentally and physically.
If you do this you will be in a better position to chart a course for yourself that is truer to your inner being. A soul path a path with a heart your path with a capital P.

More and more doctors now realize that hypnosis is powerful medicine.
Why this is and how it happens is still something of a mystery, but
science is proving that hypnosis can improve your health in amazing
ways. It can help relieve pain, make breathing easier for people
with respiratory illnesses, aid with gastrointestinal ailments and
relieve depression just to name a few. The most astonishing evidence
is coming from research on healing.
In a pilot study published in 1999, Harvard University psychologist
Carol Ginandes, Ph.D., showed that hypnosis can help broken bones
heal faster and, in a follow-up experiment published in 2000,
Ginandes and her research team discovered that women who had breast
reduction surgery recovered far more quickly after undergoing
hypnosis.
It is speculated that hypnosis alters the levels of certain chemicals
found in the brain that influence the nervous system, hormone
production, and the immune system. It appears that hypnosis affects
how genes in cells express themselves, turning some functions on and
others off. Studies using brain scans and other imaging technology
are providing explanations as to how and why hypnosis works in
helping the body heal itself.
Hypnotherapy uses relaxation techniques such as deep breathing,
imagery, visualization and positive suggestions. Clients often say
to me that they experience a feeling of peacefulness and euphoria yet
are fully aware during a session. This is similar to what is
experienced during meditation. As David Spiegel, director of the
psychosocial treatment laboratory at Stanford University School of
Medicine and coauthor of Trance & Treatment: Clinical Uses of
Hypnosis (American Psychiatric Publishing) explains, there is “some
overlap with meditation” however, “hypnosis focuses on the ability to
do something for a specific purpose.” And this is how hypnosis
achieves its strength, by using positive statements and suggestions
while a client is in a fully relaxed state. This enables the client
to more easily focus on past problematic patterns or behaviors and it
is this ability to more easily focus that results in the desired
change. A sort of spring cleaning for the mind. Working from the
inside out, releasing negative thoughts, perceptions and behaviors
and replacing them with the positive thoughts and suggestions that
the client desires.
It is this technique of focusing and strengthening willpower that is
responsible for hypnotherapy’s high success rate, particularly for
clients who want to lose weight or quit smoking. A University of
Connecticut review of six weigh-loss studies found that 70 percent of
study participants rated hypnosis better than cognitive therapy
alone.
Arreed Barabasz, director of the laboratory of hypnosis research at
Washington State University in Pullman and coauthor of
Hypnotherapeutic Techniques (Brunner-Routledge) agrees. The
suggestions, however, must not emphasize what you are against, but
rather stress the positive goals and imagery that you are seeking.
For the client who wishes to quit smoking, positive suggestions about
their body and visualizing their lungs becoming clear and free of
smoke as well as instilling images of the client happy, healthy and
smoke free are the types of suggestions that are most effective.
When Barabasz tested this approach on 300 heavy smokers who had
previously quit and relapsed, almost half stayed smoke-free 18 months
after hypnotherapy – compared with 10 percent for the
nicotine-replacement therapy alone.
Research has shown that cancer patients who receive hypnotherapy
prior to or during chemotherapy sessions experience less nausea and
vomiting than those going through chemotherapy without the aid of
hypnosis.
The International Journal of Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis,
April 2000 discovered that hypnosis relieved pain in 75 percent of
the people studied.
And this list goes on and on.
As more and more doctors and patients are beginning to recognize that
mental states and emotional and physical well-being are connected,
hypnosis continues to be used more frequently. Hypnosis can help you
to take back control of your health and your life and once you have
taken back control, then the real fun can start, realizing all the
possibilities available to you, all the directions you can go and
finally realizing that your life is a journey not just a destination.
A journey that you can now control.

In my survey conducted few weeks back I realized a very crucial fact pertaining to professional career. A common question Is your job really stressful? was the theme of the survey. What was really uncommon was the result of the survey. I realized that a majority of the survey takers were happy with their job. Every morning was a new challenge to them as far as their jobs were concerned. However this was a positive feedback and contradicts the fact that many people are unhappy with their jobs. So I researched more on this topic. This is what I found out, 90% of the masses are happy with their job but extremely stressed because of many allied factors. Let us see these factors in detail.
Here goes the boss’s pet, a phrase used commonly against people that try to be extra friendly to their seniors or bosses. This is mainly done with the motive to get noticed in the eyes of your seniors or bosses. People who are called so cause unavoidable stress to the rest of their colleagues. Their colleagues won’t just envy such people but would be worried that their contribution towards the company would be overlooked and decisions could be influenced by that particular person. On the other side of this story would be the fear incurred by such people, of loosing the attention that they got from the seniors. The co-operation level got by their colleague would constantly be reducing. Hatred and anger would be emotions constantly shown towards people with this behavior. This could be considered as one important factor that could cause that person to part ways from the company or cause their colleagues to do so.
Another point that was high up in the list of factors that cause stress in a corporate environment is sabotage the company. This can happen in many different ways, so let us see few incidents on this topic. This is what happened in one case scenario; A senior chef of a hotel got a better job opportunity at another place. He made up his mind and decided to leave. During his notice period at the company, he offered better job opportunities and remunerations to his junior chefs and asked them to quit too. They did the same and joined him at his new work place. All the chefs who left were happy. However this is not the end of the story, here we see that one person so easily sabotaged the entire hotel. This is one concern that keeps bothering many people. They keep living under the fear that if any member of their team quits then how do they manage the rest of the team, so that it doesn’t affect the business.
Another cause of the stress element in everyday professional life is competition. In fact competition is one issue that if done over a certain limit could be harmful in any phase of life. This is what I once witnessed; two good friends were employed at the same law firm. They were new and the urge to impress your seniors was obviously. This led to mere competition between the two of them. For every small case they got they was always a tough battle for the poll position. Every case was thoroughly studied, well researched and amazingly presented to their seniors. The seniors were happy with both their performances. However, something that was ignored and later faded was their friendly and their trust in each other. A healthy competition is always a step towards success but over a certain limit it could be very harmful. This competition would make all the competitors stressful. It could cause ill health, mental sickness, employee sabotage or even force an employee to quit their job.
Last but not the least is back stabbing a colleague. This happens in most cases and could cause a lot of stress to the person who is being back stabbed and the person who back stabbed him. The first person may be extremely stressed as he was back stabbed once and would fear to trust any other employee. He might also be forced to quit his job due to bad performance. The back stabber on the other hand will also be stressed because he would fear the fact that someone else could back stab him or else if his colleagues would realize his behavior then they would avoid him and ignore him completely. People generally back stab other friends or colleagues with the intensions of hatred, envy and jealousy.
These were some conclusive factors that the second survey resulted in. One more thing I often see is people often change their jobs because they were offered more pay or a lesser hard working job. Well your work should be spiritual. So work hard and true, there are no short cuts in life. You may try a short cut but soon you will realize that we don’t work for the money but we get money because we work.
